Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties announced the promotion of Brent Consedine to president.
Consedine joined the company in 2004 as a residential sales associate and had been vice president of business initiatives since 2018 before being elevated to his new role. He replaces Martha J. Mosier, who has stepped down to pursue other opportunities.
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties encompasses more than 2,200 sales associates in 42 offices.
“Brent evolved through progressive leadership roles and recently served as Vice President of Business Initiatives,” said Chris Kelly, president and CEO of HomeServices of America (Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices’ parent company). “With experience leading operational programs that supported business growth and enhanced collaboration, he brings a steady hand and strong project management skills. Brent’s understanding of the industry and the agent’s journey will serve our team well as we move forward together.”
