“Breaking Bad” star Bryan Cranston has listed his co-op apartment on Manhattan’s Central Park South or $3.495 million.

The Wall Street Journal reports Cranston acquired the apartment for $3.1 million in 2017 when he relocated to New York City to appear in the Broadway production of “Network.” Cranston and his wife, actress Robin Dearden, plan to maintain their Manhattan residence across town in a $5.63 million apartment on Central Park West they purchased in 2021.

The 1,100-square-foot listed apartment is in the Berkeley House, a 100-unit, 21-story building that was constructed in 1941. The sale includes the furniture created by interior designer Vicente Wolf for the residence.

“It wouldn’t make any sense to take it out and try to retrofit it to a new space,” said Cranston, who would walk back and forth between his apartment and the Broadway theater during the run of “Network.”

“Sometimes you just have to recognize when it’s time to move on,” said Cranston about the listing. “You collect your memories and your thoughts and your appreciation, and you take them with you.”
