Though apparently not as radical as expected, the pandemic has brought numerous changes to our daily lives. There are new habits and needs that hint toward that overly anticipated new normal. And while that post-pandemic landscape is still being shaped, the reality is that businesses have to adapt themselves to face the new challenges of such a “new world.”

There is plenty of work companies need to do to become a “post-pandemic-ready business,” from integrating cutting-edge technologies to propelling a human-centric paradigm. However, I want to focus on an oft-forgotten aspect of this transformation. I’m talking about leadership and, most precisely, how to build a leadership team that’s better equipped to deal with the potential friction of this new scenario.
