The Canadian vegan fast-food restaurant chain Odd Burger Corporation (TSXV: ODD) (OTCQB: ODDAF) has signed its second U.S. area representative agreement for the development of 40 locations in Florida over the next eight years.

The agreement was signed with StarMatt Corporation, a Florida-based real estate and franchise development company. Odd Burger, which has 21 locations across Canada, is growing its U.S. presence through a territory development strategy with the company selling the franchise development rights of each state to area representatives. The company’s first agreement was signed in June 2023 for the creation of 20 locations in Washington State.
