Built, a Nashville-based provider of construction and real estate finance software, has named Carnell Elliott as senior vice president of sales.
In his new role, Elliott will oversee all sales functions across Built’s lender, owner, and contractor segments. He will also regularly travel the country to forge strong connections with Built customers and other stakeholders. Elliott previously held leadership positions in the health care sector at Optum and Change Healthcare and he also built and led high-performing teams at Dell.
“As we broaden our product suite for lenders and set ambitious goals to begin serving owners and general contractors with their own dedicated offerings in 2024, Carnell’s arrival to Built is perfectly timed,” said Chase Gilbert, CEO of Built. “His track record of propelling digital adoption and driving outsized business growth is exactly what we need as we seek to have greater impact on the real estate industry. I’m confident he’ll be instrumental in shaping Built’s future.”
“The absence of digitization in construction and real estate leads to decreased productivity, increased costs, and diminished collaboration between lenders, owners, developers, and contractors,” added Elliott. “Built is paving the way for a smarter and more efficient future, and I’m thrilled to be part of this groundbreaking transformation.”
