Century Communities Inc. (NYSE: CCS) is now selling homes at its Montano Ridge development in Bullhead City, Arizona, from the $290,000s.
The company said the community’s floor plans offer up to 1,815 square feet and four bedrooms, including primary suites with walk-in closets and private baths. The community provides large homesites with room to accommodate boats and recreational vehicles. The site is also located near golf courses, Lake Havasu and the Colorado River.
