Century Communities Inc. (NYSE: CCS) announced its next community will be Woodlake Landing, a development in Hartwell, Georgia.
Located northeast of Atlanta and Athens near Interstate 85, the community will offer one-story single-family homes with up to four bedrooms, three bathrooms and 1,773 square feet of living space. The residences will also have two-bay garages.
Pricing begins in the $280,000s.
