Christie’s International Real Estate has expanded into the luxury home market for Park City, Utah.

The new Christie’s International Real Estate Park City will be owned and managed by Sam Cubis, Ben Fisher, Molly Crosswhite and Rachel Retzer – all formerly of Summit Sotheby’s International Realty – along with Matt Magnotta, formerly of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Utah Properties, and real estate developer and mortgage banker Ace Allak.

The founding agents recorded more than $340 million in closed transaction volume in 2022 and also have extensive experience in new-construction development sales. The Christie’s International Real Estate Park City office will open with 10 agents, including the founders.
