City Ventures, a California-focused homebuilder specializing in energy efficient properties, announced the grand opening of Concord Court, a townhome community in the Los Angeles County city of Compton.
Concord Court presents three floorplans that range from approximately 1,365 to 1,596 square feet with three to four bedrooms and up to four baths. The homes also feature solar panels, smart thermostats, and energy efficient appliances. On-site community amenities include an outdoor space for children and a barbeque area with a covered patio and café lights.
