Clear Capital, a provider of real estate analytics, data solutions and valuation technology, has rolled out PropertyNova as its data solutions business.
According to the Reno, Nevada-based company, the PropertyNova products will include Tax Assessment Data and Recorder Deed Data, a Data as a Service (DaaS) solution that offers comprehensive property insights, along with its ClearAVM and Home Data Index bulk file products. The company added that PropertyNova is designed to be a single source its data and analytics services.
