Coldwell Banker has expanded its international presence with the opening of a new office in Switzerland.
The Montreux-based Coldwell Banker Only Realty – No Bank Swiss Riviera will be run by Managing Director Olivier Fahrni, along with Laurent and Vanda Demeure, who also oversee the company’s operations in France, Luxembourg, and Monaco.
“We are thrilled to expand our presence to Switzerland with the opening of the office in Montreux,” said Jason Waugh, president of Coldwell Banker Affiliates. “This office meets the growing demand for highly trained real estate professionals to serve this prime location, which remain highly attractive for foreign nationals seeking a second or main residence.”
