Coldwell Banker Opens First Office in Switzerland

Coldwell Banker has expanded its international presence with the opening of a new office in Switzerland.

The Montreux-based Coldwell Banker Only Realty – No Bank Swiss Riviera will be run by Managing Director Olivier Fahrni, along with Laurent and Vanda Demeure, who also oversee the company’s operations in France, Luxembourg, and Monaco.
