Conner Homes has announced the opening of Richards Ridge, a luxury single-family home community in the Seattle suburb of Bellevue, Washington.
According to the company, four move-in ready homes are available ranging in size from 2,927 to 3,040 square feet. Each home offers four large bedrooms and the lower-level bedroom includes a full bathroom, built-in cabinets, and a covered patio.
Home prices at Richards Ridge start at $2.39 million and are ready for immediate occupancy.
