SingleSource Property Solutions, a Canonsburg, Pennsylvania-based provider of residential property services, has hired Daniel Figurski as chief appraiser.
In his new job, Figurski will be tasked with expanding the company’s valuation services to help home lenders, mortgage holders, and residential loan servicers increase their respective efficiencies. Figurski is a realtor and broker associate at First Weber Realtors and serves as chairman of the State of Wisconsin Real Estate Appraisers Board. Earlier in his career, he was director of quality control at Nationwide Appraisal Network.
