Ohio’s Dayton Realtors announced the death of Pat Corle, who was sworn in as the organization’s president in January.

According to a posting to Dayton Realtors’ Facebook page, Corle was a second-generation realtor who received her license in 1994 and co-owned Home Experts Realty with her husband, Clyde Corle. During her career, she served as a director for both Dayton Realtors and Ohio Realtors, held leadership roles in nonprofits including the Miami Valley Fair Housing Center, and was named Ohio Realtor of the Year in 2024.

The announcement noted she passed away “after a brief illness.” Dayton Realtors stated that “she modeled her presidency around ‘The Golden Rule,’ respecting the diverse opinions of all the members.”
