The luxury brand Dolce & Gabbana has previewed the design and flexible-residence details for 888 Brickell, its first U.S.-based real estate project and condo hotel.
The Miami-based project is being created in collaboration with developer JDS Development Group – and at 1,049 feet, it will be the city’s tallest luxury tower. The condo hotel will feature 250 rooms and suites, six food and beverage outlets including a signature restaurant on the ground floor and two bars in the Grand Lobby. Buyers of the residences will have the opportunity to rent their Dolce & Gabbana-designed homes via the hotel program when they are not in private use.
Amenities include the residential and hotel pool club featuring a gelateria, bar and restaurant, a double-height indoor padel court, fitness center, golf simulator, yoga and pilates studios, and a recovery spa offering bespoke massages and facial therapies, IV therapy, juice bar, thermal circuit, and a barber shop. Exclusive resident amenities include a theater, lounge, billiard’s room, children’s playroom, workspace and meeting suites, and 44-foot lap pool. Altogether, the amenity suite epitomizes the style and vibrancy of its Miami and Brickell neighborhood location.
Dolce & Gabbana worked with M2Atelier studio to translate the ideas and concepts expressed by Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana for the interior design of 888 Brickell.
