Skyline Champion Corp. (NYSE: SKY), the Troy, Michigan-headquartered factory-built housing company, has announced the election of Eddie Capel to serve as chairman of the board.
Capel became a director of Skyline Champion in 2019. Since 2013, he has been the CEO of Manhattan Associates Inc. (NASDAQ:MANH), a provider of supply chain, omnichannel and inventory software. He previously Manhattan Associates in other roles including executive vice president, chief operating officer and president.
Capel replaces Timothy Bernlohr, who retired from the board after 13 years serving Skyline Champion and its predecessor, Champion Enterprises.
“I am grateful for the confidence and support of my fellow Directors, and I am excited to offer my full support to the Skyline Champion executive leadership team,” said Capel.
