Equity Union Real Estate is now offering 15 residences at 1361 Kelton Avenue, a new luxury condo complex in the Westwood section of Los Angeles.

Developed by builder Orion Cityscape, the five-story complex has only three units per floor is being marketed as “boutique-scale living that’s crisp, calm, and unmistakably Westside.” It is located three blocks from UCLA and the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center.

The residences include four one-bedroom condos, a single one-bedroom penthouse with loft, eight two-bedroom condos and a pair of two-bedroom penthouses with rooftop terraces. The interiors range from 707 to 1,338 square feet and pricing ranges from $975,000 to $2.8 million.
