eXp Realty, a subsidiary of eXp World Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: EXPI), is expanding its eXp Luxury real estate program into Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and the United Kingdom.
eXp Luxury launched in October 2022 in the U.S. and expanded in Canada last September and Puerto Rico last month. The luxury division, which currently has 1,100 members, is promoted by the company as a “forward-thinking luxury real estate program that leverages eXp Realty’s exclusive tools and innovative technology.”
