Fidelity National Financial Inc. (NYSE: FNF), a Jacksonville, Florida-headquartered provider of title insurance and transaction services to the real estate and mortgage industries, announced Chief Digital Officer Jason Nadeau will take on an expanded executive role as chief artificial intelligence officer.
In his new role, Nadeau will focus on maximizing the potential artificial intelligence (AI) technologies on the company’s business operations and customer experiences. Nadeau joined the company in 2018 as chief digital officer.
“Advancements in AI are changing public awareness, technical discussions, and expectations of these technologies,” said John Crowley, chief information officer. “Nadeau’s role highlights the focus that FNF will continue to place on these transformational tools, as well as Jason’s expertise in being able to expertly lead FNF through a thoughtful implementation of rapidly evolving, complex technology.”
