First American Home Warranty, a subsidiary of First American Financial Corporation (NYSE: FAF), has hired Jason Gritters for the newly role of chief revenue officer.
In his new position, Gritters will lead First American Home Warranty’s real estate line of business and corporate development function, while helping identify and advance new revenue opportunities that complement the company’s core home warranty business. His responsibilities will include strengthening alignment and growth across the company’s real estate sales organization, securing strategic partnerships and distribution opportunities, and advancing initiatives designed to create additional value for customers, partners and the company.
Gritters most recently served as vice president of product and corporate development at 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty, where his responsibilities included leadership of the real estate business channel, product, sales operations, enterprise strategy and growth initiatives and strategic partnerships. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles across finance, product management and business operations and worked in private equity.
