The private equity firm Broadstreet Inc. has hired André Bauer, a former state senator and lieutenant governor of South Carolina, as a senior advisor.
In this role, Bauer will assist the Greenville, South Carolina-based Broadstreet in expanding its presence in the Carolinas, which will include the developing, planning and expanding of large real estate projects that Broadstreet is pursuing.
“We are thrilled to welcome André to the Broadstreet team,” said Joseph Baldassarra, president of Broadstreet. “As we continue to expand our investment portfolio, his insights and expertise will be instrumental in driving our success.”
Beyond his political career, Bauer founded Bunk Aviation, LLC, a company specializing in restoring historic Charleston homes while preserving their original integrity.
