Toronto-headquartered Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is teaming with Hong Kong’s Fungseng Prosperity Holdings Ltd. for the creation of new hotel in Shanghai.
The 44-story Four Seasons Hotel Shanghai will offer 60 luxuriously appointed rooms and suites within the Huangpu district of Puxi, the heart of the city’s shopping, dining and entertainment hub. The hotel, which will also include 7,212 square feet of meeting and event space alongside 7,438 square feet of wellness facilities, is slated to open in 2027.
