The only Tennessee home designed by the iconic architect Frank Lloyd Wright has sold for $4 million after being listed at $1.6 million.
Local3News.com reports the buyers were an unnamed Nashville couple. The 1,784-square-foot Chattanooga-based Usonian residence was built in 1952 for Seamour and Gertie Shavin and remained in their family until this sale.
The ranch-level residence has three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Sitting atop Missionary Ridge, the 0.89-acre property offers views of the Tennessee River and Lookout Mountain.
