The historic Upper East Side brownstone that was Frank Sinatra’s New York City residence for most of the 1960s has been listed for sale at $4.45 million.

The New York Post reported the legendary entertainer lived at 249 East 61st St. from 1963 to 1969. The 3,370-square-foot home was built in 1872 and includes four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms and 933 square feet of below ground space.

Sinatra’s residency coincided with his marriage to actress Mia Farrow, which lasted from 1966 to 1968. Sinatra opted to sell the property when he was unable to add a private garage. This marks the first time since the property changed hands since Sinatra sold it more than a half-century ago.
