KISS frontman Gene Simmons has returned his Beverly Hills mansion to the market with $1 million slashed from the original listing price.

TMZ reports the 7,741-square-foot four-bedroom, five-bathroom residence is now being offered for just under $13 million. The property, which was designed by Swiss architect Roger P. Kurath and built in 2017, includes its own art gallery and movie theater, as well as 1,800 square feet of patio space and a solar-powered, 40-foot black-lined infinity pool.

Simmons, who recently joined his bandmates in receiving the Kennedy Center Honors, acquired the property in 2021 for $16 million. In April, he listed the property for just under $14 million but later withdrew the listing when there was no buyer interest.
