Grupo T&C Launches Edge House Miami

The Peruvian real estate developer Grupo T&C has launched Edge House Miami, a luxury home-sharing condominium in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood.

The property is 55-story tower featuring turnkey residences ranging from 360 to 840 square feet, with studio, one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, and two-bedroom options; select residences have private outdoor terraces. Amenities include pools with views of the city’s skyline, indoor and outdoor lounge areas, a kids club, a wellness center with private treatment rooms, a fitness center and a private yoga studio.

Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is the exclusive sales and marketing broker for the project. Pricing starts in the $400,000s.
