Hamden, Connecticut-based Belfonti Companies, a real estate development and investment firm, has hired Harrison Levy as director of construction.
In his new job, Levy will be responsible for the new development component of the company’s portfolio, providing construction management oversight in all phases including budgeting, competitive bidding, negotiating contracts and developing project schedules.
Before joining the company, Levy was a team leader and senior project manager at Petra Construction Corp.
