A dental office employee in Kingsport, Tennessee, has become a new resident of Santa Fe, New Mexico by winning the HGTV Smart Home 2023 sweepstakes competition.
Stacey Braswell’s prize package is valued at over $2.2 million and includes a newly built and furnished home, along with an all-electric Mercedes-Benz EQE Sedan and $100,000. The home was designed by architecture firm Lorn Tryk Architects PC and built by local builder Boss Builders.
Braswell was randomly drawn from over 89 million entries to the sweepstakes, which lasted from April 18 to June 9. Her new three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom home sits at approximately 3,095 square feet on nearly two acres of land.
“I was in shock. I still am,” said Braswell. “You never think it’s going to be you.”
