The Instagram account Zillow Gone Wild has inspired a new HGTV series that is scheduled to premiere in early 2024.

“Zillow Gone Wild” will consist of eight half-hour episodes and a one-hour season finale. In each episode, three eccentric homes for sale will be explored, along with the stories behind the structures and their respective owners.

The @ZillowGoneWild account on Instagram has attracted more than 1.8 million followers. Some of the esoteric properties recently highlighted on the page include a Philadelphia townhouse built in the 1720s, the only Frank Lloyd Wright-designed residence in Tulsa, and the former Cass County Missouri Law Enforcement Center and Detention Center/Jail in Harrisonville, Missouri – the latter, with 34 jail cells, was purchased earlier this year by an unnamed buyer is who reportedly planning to create a “jail-themed entertainment.”
