Fixle Inc., a Union, Kentucky-based provider of home management solutions in the proptech and insurtech sectors, has announced the acquisition of EasyHome Inc., a Portland-headquartered developer of property care and management software solutions.
The terms of the deal were an all-equity transaction, including the acquisition of EasyHome’s team, although the financial aspects were not disclosed. The companies said their target audiences include property managers, home inspectors, service technicians, warranty underwriters and insurance adjusters, as well as homeowners and residents.
