Scottsdale, Arizona-based HomeLight, a platform for real estate agents, lenders, and their clients, has rolled out EVA, an AI-powered escrow agent designed to automate the majority of tasks required to close a real estate transaction.
According to the company, EVA enables escrow officers to open escrow orders in minutes instead of hours while automatically coordinating with lenders, HOAs, and government offices. The tool can complete critical steps like document ordering and fund transfers with minimal manual input while maintaining security with end-to-end encryption across the transaction, the company added.
