Hulk Hogan’s Florida Home Gets Listing Price Cut for Third Time

The Florida home of the late professional wrestling icon Hulk Hogan has undergone its third price cut since hitting the market in January.

Realtor.com reports the property was first listed in at $10.98 million. Since then, the price has been dropped to $8.99 million, and then to $7.99 million. It is now being offered for $6.9 million.

Hogan died at the home in July 2025 at the age of 71. He acquired the property in April 2012 for $3.33 million and added a smaller adjacent property four years later for $1.6 million; the latter property is being offered for sale separately.

The three-story, 5,400-square-foot residence in Clearwater Beach was built in 2009 features five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms, along with 1,500 square feet of covered outdoor space that includes a heated pool and spa overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
