The Hudson Companies, a real estate developer focused on the New York City metro area, has hired Isaac Henderson as principal and co-head of development.
In his new job, Henderson will oversee Hudson’s mixed-use portfolio, across affordable and market-rate housing. Henderson will be also become a member of Hudson’s Leadership Committee, advising and supporting the firm’s principals on matters affecting the company’s direction.
Before his role at The Hudson Companies, Henderson served as managing director at Rockefeller Group, where he led the development and acquisition of several mixed-income projects. Earlier in his career, he was at L&M Development Partners where he oversaw the development of Essex Crossing, a nine-site, 1.9 million-square-foot project on the Lower East Side on New York City.
