For the first time in Israel, a research institute in the field of income-producing real estate has been established.
The purpose of the IVS Forum research institute, headed by CBRE Israel chairman Jacky Mukmel, is to promote transparency and professionalism in Israel’s income-producing real-estate market to attract international investors.
Israel is ranked No. 37 in the world in the JLL Global Real Estate Transparency Index.
IVS Forum was recently admitted to the International Property Measurement Standards Coalition, which promotes uniform international standards for measuring office space, trade, industry and logistics.
