The Franklin Johnston Group (TFJG), a multifamily development and property management firm headquartered in Virginia Beach, Virginia, announced the promotion of James Noel to president of development.
Noel joined TFJG in 2017 as senior vice president and general counsel, and he will retain the latter title. Prior to joining TFJG, he served as general counsel for The Port of Virginia and was the state’s assistant attorney general.
