Kilroy Realty Corporation (NYSE: KRC) announced that Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Jeffrey Kuehling has left the company, effective Aug. 11.
In a statement, the Los Angeles-based company said Kuehling’s departure “is not the result of any disagreements related to the company’s financial policies, including any accounting principles and practices, or related to any financial statements or disclosures.”
Eliott Trencher will assume the roles of CFO and treasurer on an interim basis. He has been serving as chief investment officer since 2020 and previously served as CFO from 2022 to 2024.
The company has hired the executive search firm Russell Reynolds Associates to identify and appoint a new CFO.
Kilroy Realty is a landlord and developer with operations in the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, Seattle, San Diego, and Austin.
