MAXEX, a digital exchange for trading residential mortgage loans through a single centralized clearinghouse, has hired John McNeill as chief financial officer (CFO), based in the company’s Atlanta headquarters.
In his new job, McNeill will lead the company’s financial strategy, including capital formation, capital deployment, financial operations and corporate growth initiatives. He recently served as CFO of the fintech Spring Oaks Capital, and earlier in his career he held senior leadership positions at several leading mortgage industry companies including Ocwen Financial Corporation and Home Loan Servicing Solutions.
