Joy Behar Sells Hamptons Home After a $5.3 Million Price Cut

Joy Behar has sold her longtime Hamptons home for $5.65 million after nearly two years on the market with an initial listing of $10.95 million.

Realtor.com reports the 83-year-old star of “The View” first put the property up for sale in November 2024. Since then, the price was repeatedly reduced until it came down to $5.95 million last December. Behar purchased property for $4.75 million in 2016.

The 4,500-square-foot home was built in 1903 and features four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. The listing describes the property as being “situated on an idyllic 0.63-acre corner lot” offering “resort-like grounds with a heated gunite pool.”
