One of the most recognized residences in the world of reality television is now listed for sale.
The New York Times reports the mansion in the swanky Los Angeles enclave of Hidden Hills that was the setting for “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” is now on the market for $13.5 million. The six-bedroom, eight-bath residence spans over 8,000 square feet and is based on a one-acre property.
“Keeping Up with the Kardashians” premiered in 2007 on the E! network and stayed on the air through 2021. Kris Jenner, the matriarch of the blended Kardashian-Jenner families, acquired the home in 2010 with her then-husband, former Olympic athlete Bruce Jenner for $4 million. The couple divorced in 2014 and Kris Jenner transferred the home to a family trust.
“This home was an integral part of the show,” said Tomer Fridman, a broker with Christie’s International Real Estate Southern California who is representing Kris Jenner in the sale. “But it isn’t just a house that was on TV. It’s a home where a family lived their lives, with good times, bad times, kids growing up, and all kinds of evolution.”
The property is current vacant, and Fridman added that the home can be acquired fully furnished for an additional $400,000.
