Keller Williams is expanding its real estate franchise network to India.
According to the Austin-headquartered company, Regional Director Sahil Kapoor is initializing operations in India while partnering with developers in the Delhi-National Capital Region market area.

Keller Williams is in more than 55 markets around the world and is exploring further expansion opportunities across Africa, Asia, Central and South America and Central and Eastern Europe, and throughout Asia.

KW may well become the “largest” real estate firm in Inda, but they most certainly won’t be the most “trusted”. KW’s muddy footprint in America is nothing to brag about. The most corrupt Realtor I ever had the misfortune of meeting, was also the Realtor Associations President. As a Realtor myself, I refused to do any business with them. As an Investor; I wouldn’t bother making an offer on a property listed by KW.
