The Appraisal Foundation announced the appointment of Kelly Davids as its next president.
Davids is a former superintendent of the Ohio Division of Real Estate & Professional Licensing, the chief regulator for Ohio’s appraisers. She has been on the foundation’s staff since 2013, most recently as a senior vice president.
Davids will replace Dave Bunton on March 31, with Bunton transitioning to a new role as senior advisor through the end of his contract on Dec. 31.
