Vancouver-based Lendesk Technologies, a fintech provider for Canada’s mortgage professionals and a part of Rocket Companies (NYSE: RKT), has introduced Lender Spotlight AI Assistant, a new product designed to sift through a database containing thousands of mortgage policies from lenders across the country and deliver answers to complex questions in seconds.
According to the company, if a broker knows the specific product they are looking for and has a lender in mind, Spotlight AI assistant can scan only that lender’s programs and policies to offer the best solution. If a broker is looking for a broader recommendation to instances – such as how to account for spousal support, rental properties or investments – or is not yet as familiar with niche policies from various lenders, the AI assistant can do the work to offer a variety of solutions that might fit a client’s parameters.
