LendingOne, a private lender for real estate investors, has entered a strategic partnership with the proptech platform Blanket.
According to the companies, LendingOne’s suite of investor loan solutions will be integrated directly into the Blanket platform, with the goal of enabling property managers to provide investor clients with access to financing for purchasing and refinancing investment properties directly within their branded portal. The integration will allow investors to consider financing scenarios in real-time for off-market investment properties in their property manager’s area of operation, thus providing a better understanding of a property’s potential cash flow with readily available financing options, the companies added.
“Through this integration, property owners utilizing the Blanket dashboard will be able to obtain real-time quotes and initiate LendingOne’s loan application process without leaving the platform,” said the companies in a press statement. “This streamlined approach empowers investors to capitalize on opportunities identified within their portfolio data, such as leveraging existing equity through cash-out refinances or lowering operating costs by refinancing existing mortgages.”
