Lennar Begins Home Sales at New Florida Community

Lennar Corp. (NYSE: LEN) is now selling homes at its new master-planned community, New Port Corners in New Port Richey, Florida.

The new community features 22 floorplans across single- and multifamily homes, and the development includes a 55+ active adult neighborhood. Homes in the all-aged section range from 1,555 to 3,326 square feet with three to six bedrooms and two to three bathrooms, with pricing starting in the high $300,000s. Homes in the 55+ section range from 1,395 to 2,775 square feet with two to three bedrooms and two to three bathrooms, with single-family home pricing starting in the mid-$300,000s and villas pricing starting in the high $200,000s.

“New Port Corners is a testament to the growth of New Port Richey, and this master-planned community is intentionally designed to meet the growing demand for new homeownership opportunities in the rapidly growing area,” said Brian Batten, Tampa division president for Lennar. “We’re excited to bring this dynamic master-planned community of quality, contemporary homes and resort-style amenities that all ages can enjoy to New Port Richey.”
