The homebuilder Lennar Corp. (NYSE: LEN) is launching of three new Dallas-Fort Worth communities tailored aimed at first-time homebuyers.
The three communities are Rosemary Ridge in Fort Worth, Deer Creek in Crowley and Ashton Homeplace in Keene. Each community features floorplans from Lennar’s Watermill Collection, which provides single-level residences ranging from 1,260 to 1,891 square feet with three to four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Pricing at the communities starts in the $200,000s.
