The homebuilder Lennar (NYSE:LEN) announced the opening of Foree Ranch, a new master-planned community located in Providence Village, Texas.
Foree Ranch offers 1,450 homesites that can accommodate four of Lennar’s single-family home collections ranging in size from 1,025 to 2,448 square feet, with two to four bedrooms and two to three baths. Pricing begins in the mid $200,000s, and the community will include a resort-level swimming pool, a playground, a dedicated area for food trucks, a community baseball field, and tennis courts. The Denton County-based property is near U.S. Routes 377 and 380 and near the neighboring cities of Denton, Frisco, and Plano.
