Lennar announces plans for four new communities across New Jersey market. Each community will provide unique amenities focused on sustainability, health and wellbeing, helping to create vibrant neighborhoods where families can thrive.

The homebuilder Lennar (NYSE:LEN) announced plans for four new communities in New Jersey.

The master-planned communities debuting over the next few months include:

  • The Grove, located in Whippany, will feature 60 two and three-story townhomes;
  • The Signature Collection at Hopewell Parc, located in Hopewell, will feature 111 luxury single-family homes;
  • The Ridings at Oakland will offer 190 spacious townhomes; and
  • Emerson Square, located in Gloucester Township, will encompass 63 single-family homes and 95 townhomes.

Lennar’s New Jersey expansion follows two recent master-planned community openings in the state with The Collection at Hopewell and Monroe Park Terraces.
