The homebuilder Lennar (NYSE:LEN) announced plans for four new communities in New Jersey.
The master-planned communities debuting over the next few months include:
- The Grove, located in Whippany, will feature 60 two and three-story townhomes;
- The Signature Collection at Hopewell Parc, located in Hopewell, will feature 111 luxury single-family homes;
- The Ridings at Oakland will offer 190 spacious townhomes; and
- Emerson Square, located in Gloucester Township, will encompass 63 single-family homes and 95 townhomes.
Lennar’s New Jersey expansion follows two recent master-planned community openings in the state with The Collection at Hopewell and Monroe Park Terraces.
