The homebuilder Lennar Corp. (NYSE: LEN) has announced the grand opening of The Townes at Manhattan Crossing, a new community of luxury townhomes in South Tampa, Florida.
The new community offers a trio of three-story townhome designs from Lennar’s Flagler, Plant, and Carnegie collections. Floorplans range from 2,173 to 2,410 square feet and offer three to four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. Pricing begins in the high $500,000s.
