Lennar Corp. (NYSE: LEN) announced the grand opening of Prentis Branch, a new community of single-family homes in Rome, Georgia.
According to the company, the Prentis Branch residences range from 1,274 to 2,023 square feet with three to four bedrooms and two to three-and-a-half bathrooms. Homeowners can also access four community parks.
Pricing starts in the mid-$200,000s.
“Prentis Branch gives homebuyers the rare combination of new construction close to the shopping, and dining in downtown Rome, highly regarded schools and some of Northwest Georgia’s best outdoor recreation,” said Scott Withington, division president of Lennar’s Atlanta Division. “We’re proud to welcome our first homeowners to a smart, sustainable community in a city consistently recognized as a Bee City USA and a Tree City USA for its environmental stewardship.”
