Lennar Unveils New Townhome Community in Miami Metro Area

The homebuilder Lennar (NYSE:LEN) announced the opening of its latest development: Mariner’s Cove, a 174-unit townhome community in Florida City, Florida.

The two-story townhomes range from 1,330 to 1,545 square feet, with three bedrooms and two-and-a-half to three baths. Pricing begins in the low $400,000s. The community, which is located minutes from the Florida Turnpike in the metro Miami area, also includes walking paths, a neighborhood park with barbecue stations, and a playground.

“Mariner’s Cove is the ideal retreat for homebuyers across the homebuying spectrum,” said Phil Serrate, division president for Lennar’s Southeast Florida division. “The community offers thoughtfully designed details for contemporary living, all within close proximity to the vibrant excitement of Miami and the beautiful Florida coastline.”
